City Digital Ads – Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 9, 2025

By purchasing advertising space or hosting a tablet display, you agree to these Terms. We may approve, reject, or remove ads at our discretion. Payments are via Stripe. Host kit purchases are non‑refundable after shipment.

Advertiser Content Rules

• No prohibited/illegal content
• No IP infringement
• Comply with applicable laws

Host Responsibilities

• Keep tablet powered and online during business hours
• Do not tamper with hardware/software
• Report damage/theft promptly

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 90 days.
